Is this related to the 2017 game "Harvest" by TMG?

Our version of Harvest is a reengineering of the game originally published by TMG in 2017 which the Dice Tower gave a Seal of Excellence. Just like we did with Caper Europe, we’ve worked with the original design team to find several mechanical and component updates that elevate the experience while keeping the core of the game intact. Will I be able to add other Keymaster products to my pledge?

Copies of Parks (the base game) and Chicken (Retail Edition) will be available in the pledge manager.

Will the Deluxe Edition and Playmat box be available for purchase after the campaign?

The Deluxe Edition will be available from Keymaster’s webstore after the retail release, Summer 2024. The Playmat box will be available if we receive enough demand!

I'm a retailer, how do I get this game?

Retailers will be able to purchase retailer and deluxe editions of the game prior to the retail release date. Deluxe editions will only be available directly from Keymaster. To order them, sign up for a wholesale account directly with us here: https://keymasterretail.com/a/wsg/proxy/signup Once your account is approved, you’ll be added to our retailer newsletter. You’ll be notified when Harvest is available to order via the newsletter in 2024.

How do I add extra copies to my pledge?

Extra copies of each product and/or tier will be available to add to your order in the Pledge Manager after the campaign.

How much is shipping if I order more than one copy of the game?

We are providing flat rate shipping for Harvest. Your shipping will not increase based on the number of copies you order, so grab a neighbor and save on shipping!

Will I be responsible for duties?

Shipments to the US, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia will be customs-friendly i.e. DDP (Delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping is a type of delivery where Keymaster, the seller, takes responsibility for all risk and fees of shipping goods until they reach their destination).

Note - Sales tax (US) GST/HST (Canada) and VAT (UK, EU) will be charged to backers in the pledge manager in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Can Earlybird backers switch pledge tiers?

Earlybird backers will be able to switch pledge tiers in the pledge manager. If you switch during the campaign, you’ll lose your Earlybird status!

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
