Furroughfield Bulletin Board Updates: Harvest Arriving at Fulfillment Centers

Ships have been smooth sailing and are starting to dock around the world with copies of Harvest 🌾 We've got timeline updates below for each region, and a little surprise!
This week, our team organized all your order information by region to send to each fulfillment center. Once the fulfillment centers have both this information and your games, they will put us in their queue for fulfillment. There are still some folks who have not completed Backerkit surveys. Any surveys completed from this point on will be added to a follow up wave of fulfillment.
US & Canada & RotW - Fulfillment Expected to Start mid-June
This shipment is expected to land in the US this week. Once it arrives in port, there will be a couple of weeks of transit time to Shipbob's (our fulfillment partner) warehouses and 1-2 weeks for Shipbob to prepare your orders. We expect fulfillment to start in mid-June.
UK & EU - Fulfillment Expected to Start Late june
Games heading to Spiral Galaxy are en route and expected to arrive in mid-June. Depending on Spiral Galaxy's queue, they will either be able to start fulfillment at the end of June, or the beginning of July. Games heading to the EU will have an extra import step from the main UK warehouse before they are shipped out for final delivery.
Asia & Oceania - Arrived at VFI
Harvest arrived at VFI. We handed off final shipping information to their team this week. From there, they will ship games out to all their local distribution partners for final delivery. Be sure to check this link for the best delivery estimates for your specific region. Harvest will appear on the list once VFI has shipped it out. Final delivery to these various regions will take up to 6 weeks to complete.
Australia & New Zealand - Arrived at Aetherworks
Harvest has arrived at Aetherworks. Once they have reviewed backer information we send to them, we'll be added to the queue for fulfillment. We are waiting on confirmation from Aetherworks on when they expect to begin fulfilling Harvest. We expect it will be early to mid-June. Aetherworks shares a post on their Facebook page to let backers know when fulfillment has started on a project, so keep an eye out there for news on Harvest fulfillment status.

Guess who's getting a bonus promo character?? YOU ARE! In honor of Harvest's full release this summer, we developed a release promo, Willow, and are excited to share her with you as well. Willow is our benevolent baker in town. She sure knows how to work her magic with some pumpkin pie. Anyways, here's a sneak peak at her ability. Every backer of this campaign will receive a copy of Willow along with the other three promo characters from the campaign.

Great news! Your copies of Harvest 🌾 are about to start sailing around the world to fulfillment centers for final delivery. Our timeline is broken out by regions below based on the four regions shipping out products for final delivery. There are some important dates for folks needing to update shipping addresses. If you've moved recently or are about to move, please be sure to let us know so we send your games to the right place! Below that, you'll find pictures of the final production copies (MPC's) of the games. Let's dig in!
Address Update Deadlines Below 📬
Need to update your shipping address? Please reach out to us either here in the Kickstarter DMs or by email to [email protected] with your new address. We'll get the address updated on your order and you'll be all set. Be sure to double-check your region's details below for the deadline we need those addresses by. This will ensure your game's delivery is not delayed.

We have partnered with Shipbob for fulfillment in these regions. We are finalizing the ship booking for games heading to Shipbob and expect these games to arrive at Shipbob's warehouse in June. Your games will get queued up for final delivery to you from there. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks to get started.
UK & EU - Shipping Address Lock 5/10
We have partnered with Spiral Galaxy for fulfillment in these regions. We are finalizing the ship booking for games heading to Spiral Galaxy and expect these games to arrive at their warehouse by late May. Your games will get queued up for final delivery to you from there. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks to get started. Games heading to the EU will have an extra import step from the main UK warehouse before they are shipped out for final delivery.

We have partnered with VFI for fulfillment in these regions. Games heading to VFI were picked up today (April 19th). VFI is very close to Panda and will receive games the quickest, so fulfillment in this region will start mid-May. VFI ships out games to local distribution partners around Asia and directly to customers. These regions have varied shipping times that can take as long as 60 days for final delivery. This link will provide more accurate delivery timelines for your specific region once VFI has received and shipped out Harvest 🌾

Final Production Copy Photos 📸
Here are pictures of the final versions of Harvest 🌾 You've seen a lot of the pieces along the way so we focused on sharing how some of the last pieces came together, especially the final tray colors for the Golden Edition and the Playmats. These games look gorgeous and vibrant in person and we are excitement level 1000 for you to receive your copies and experience it for yourself!

Here's the base tray in the Golden Edition as well. The boards and barn trays sit snuggly on top of this holding everything in place and all the animeeples have a home if you've picked those up as well.

It's been a calm month on the farm. Panda is hard at work printing your games, and like we mentioned last month, no news is good news from them at this stage, so things are looking good there. Mattox and Jen went to GAMA Expo earlier this month to show off Harvest to retailers who are excited to carry Harvest when it releases later this summer. And we're hard at word planning the shipping phase of this campaign. Let's dive into what's coming up for you and Harvest.
Pledge Completion - Sunday, March 24
Early next week, we will be grabbing and sorting everyone's orders to make sure we send your games to the correct fulfillment center. If you have not filled out your Backerkit survey for Harvest yet, please do so by Sunday, March 24. If you are a $1 pledge and are not planning to add anything to your pledge, no action is required here from you. Any orders filled out after that date may be delayed in final delivery to your house.
To double-check that you've completed your order, you can use this link to retrieve your order information. If, for some reason, you are not seeing the link to your survey in your inbox/spam/junk folders, please send us an email or Kickstarter DM, and we'll help make sure your order and contact information are up to date.
Shipping Address Updates
If you need to update your address, please fill out this form, and we will update your address on our end. If you believe you will be moving regions (ie moving from the EU to the UK) in the May/June timeframe please fill out this form by Sunday. Otherwise, we'll provide an expected address change lock date in next month's update.
Manufacturing Completes & Games Ship to Fulfillment Centers
We are on track to have games packed and shipping to fulfillment centers next month. Panda will be sending us Manufactured Production Copies (MPCs) of each of the products in this Kickstarter in the next couple weeks. These are final copies of the games - the real deals. Once we receive those, We'll do a final check on each product to make sure everything stayed crisp and excellent during production, and then give Panda the green light to start packing these up to get ready for shipping to the five regions we'll be fulfilling your orders from.
Once games are packed up to ship to fulfillment centers, your delivery timelines will vary by region. Future updates will have region sections so you get timeline estimates based on your location.

Happy Lunar New Year! Anyone else dreaming about the fruits and veggies they are going to plant in their gardens this year? We have a shorter update this month, with a note about your Backerkit surveys, some convention highlights, and a brief update on production.
Backerkit - Charging Cards 2/16
Over 80% of y'all have completed your order surveys on Backerkit. Thanks for getting those filled out! If you haven't received your survey link in your inbox, please follow the link above to retrieve it. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders too. Survey emails end up there sometimes. If you're still not seeing it, please send us a DM, and we'll get you your link.
Did you back this project with your Apple ID? Please check your Kickstarter DMs for a message from us. We'll need an alternate email from you to send your Backerkit Survey link.
We will be locking and charging cards in Backerkit on Friday, 2/16. If you complete your survey after that date, you can expect your order to lock and charge by the end of the week.
Harvest at Tantrum Con + Level Up Retreat
The past couple of weeks we've taken our preview copy of Harvest with us to two conventions - Tantrum Con and Level Up Retreat. Both shows are super fun weekends jammed-packed full of gaming. We had Harvest on the table at both and are so excited to see the responses people are sharing. Here's a video from Ezeekat after his weekend at Level Up. We're really stoked to see folks getting this excited for Harvest to release. Thanks for sharing Ezeekat!
Production Update
The final product design tweak we landed since our last update is the box height and finger holes for the Golden Edition. These finger holes help get the board and trays out of the box (your fingers will thank us!). There's a finger hole on two of the four side walls of the inner box.

As we mentioned in the last update, production has begun for Harvest. This process will take up to 12 weeks to complete. Towards the second half of this timeline, we'll receive an MPC (Manufactured Production Copy) of the game and products to review. This will be the next major milestone where we get to show off how the final version of the game will look. In the meantime, no news is good news on the manufacturing front. Panda has been on a break to celebrate the Lunar New Year. They will dive back in next week.

Furroughfield Bulletin Board: Pledge Manager Surveys Go Out Next Week + Golden Edition Preview

Happy new year! The Harvest Pledge Manager (Backerkit) will go live next week. Here's everything you need to know to complete your survey. Plus, we show off the Golden Edition at the end and have a production update. Thanks everyone for waiting on these surveys so we had a chance to get through holiday!
Pledge Manager How To
The Pledge Manager (we use Backerkit) is just about ready and will send out via email starting next week. Be on the lookout for this to arrive in your inbox over the next week. If you're a seasoned farmer on Kickstarter, this will be like a regular Saturday morning walk to the farmer's market (and there's a refresher below, just in case).
Here's a guide for those going through the pledge manager process for the first time. The pledge manager is how we will collect all the information we need to fill your orders. Backerkit will send you an email on our behalf to the email address you backed this project with. Follow the link in that email to walk through the following pages:
Confirm your pledge level. To upgrade from the Retail Edition pledge to the Golden Edition or Big Barn pledge, you'll want to "switch pledge levels" (circled in the picture above) before continuing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you selected "no reward" during the Kickstarter and want to get a copy of Harvest from the campaign, you must click "switch your pledge level" on the confirm pledge level page and select either "Harvest Retail Tier", "Harvest Deluxe Tier", or "Harvest Big Barn Tier" in the resulting popup. Otherwise, you will not have access to any physical rewards.
Complete a brief survey (we've got some cool announcements lined up for this year. be sure to join our mailing list to find out more)
Review the add-ons page. The reward you pledged during the campaign will already be in your cart. Want to add more copies of the game to your order? This is where you do that. Remember, the Big Barn Tier includes the Animeeples Pack and the Harvest Playmats.
Fill out your shipping information. You'll have a chance to update your shipping before we lock your order for fulfillment.
Fill out your credit card information and hit place order. You will be charged for taxes or VAT based on regional requirements.

If you don't see the Backerkit email by 1/31/24, check your junk or spam folders to see if it landed there. Sometimes pledge manager emails end up in those folders. If it's still missing, send us a Kickstarter message or email ([email protected]), and we'll get a new survey sent.
Harvest Golden Edition PPC + Production Update
Since our last checkin, we received the Harvest Golden Edition and Gametrayz insert. Let's check it out!
The Golden Edition has an alternate cover that includes the Golden Edition banner and metallic ink border. In PPC copies, we don't get the full effect of the metallic ink. The border will have a nice glow to it, just like the sunrise on the farm.
Check out how thick that Golden Edition box is compared to the rest! And it's actually going to get a little bit bigger. We're being very intentional to keep the boxes the same surface area so they stack nicely, no matter which ones you have.
Here's the inside box printing where your box numbering (aka Deed of Land) will end up.
Big Reveal! Your Harvest Resource trays will be barns! There will be two. One will include wood tokens and the other will include cardboard tokens so you can choose which one you want to pull out and play. This sample is black. The final will be a red that matches the box really nicely.
The bottom tray holds all the rest of the cardboard pieces in the game, the characters, and has space to store the animeeples.
These are the colors we've approved for the trays in both Harvest Golden Edition and Harvest Playmats. It's faster and easier to sample trays in black, so Panda sends these samples to find the best color.
Side finger holes will be added to two box sides to better access the game board. This way everything stays snug in the box and is still easy to pull out.
We love those barn resource trays! Thanks Gametrayz for coming up with another great storage system, and a super fun tray design for Harvest!
There are a couple adjustments being made to the tray and the box. The box is getting taller. Two finger holes are getting added to the sides shown above. The tray will get taller to better fit everything. We're also making the resource tray plastic thicker to hold the lid better and feel more durable on the table. All these notes have been handed off to Panda, and production on Harvest is set to begin next week.
