Our Tour Concludes - The Farmhouse + Rulebook Updates

Howdy Neighbors!
We're into the final 48 hours of this Kickstarter Campaign! Our friendly neighborhood badger, Mick, joins us below to welcome y'all home to your new farmhouses and conclude our tour of Furroughfield. Plus, we've got a rulebook update for those interested in how the farming guide is progressing.
Well, you certainly know how to take your time, don’t you? That blasted Gairy probably forgot to mention I was here, didn’t he?! Well, you’re here now, so let’s get this over with. I’m Mick, and you can think of me as a sort of town supervisor. That means I generally run things in Furroughfield. Mayor Gairy likes to think he’s in charge, but you’ll be hard-pressed to find him getting anything done. If it weren’t for me and my knack for making something out of nothing, this town would still be a couple of shacks in a bramble patch. It wasn’t until I showed up and started to point people in the right direction that Furroughfield really started to take off. Anyway, I’ve got your deed here for the house, just need you to sign on the dotted line, and it’s yours. That should do it, and here’s your key. The land behind is all yours as well. Let’s see what you can make of it. Oh, and one last thing you should know about me: an unsolicited cup of hot coffee on my desk is the quickest way to burrow right to my heart. I drink it black.
Thank you so much for taking this tour of Furroughfield with us! We cannot wait for y'all to visit it in real life when we deliver your games.
Thanks to everyone who's been reading through the rulebook, playing Harvest on TTS, and providing feedback as we start moving into final art and layout designs for the game. We've got a big rulebook update that reflects the progress we've been making toward getting this game print-ready. The rules are now updated on the main Kickstarter page for y'all to check out. They are also linked below. These rules are still in progress. As we mentioned in yesterday's update, We will spend as much time on the rules right up until we hit print, tweaking it for clarity in writing and visuals.
We'll be back tomorrow to share the Promo Character abilities for Gairy, Ruthie, and Barry.

Howdy Neighbors!
We've hit some huge landmarks this week crossing both 3,000 backers and $300,000. Thank you for all of your support of Harvest, from joining us in this campaign to sharing your excitement and thoughts in the comments and with friends, and also joining us on this tour of town!
If you're just joining us, we've been wandering all over the town of Furroughfield meeting neighbors and getting to know the lay of the land. You can catch up on all the places we've been in updates labeled "Our Tour...". Today, we head homeward towards our farmstead.
My goodness gracious, oink you just the sweetest thing! The name’s Penny, and I’ve got a keen snout for fertile soil. Nature’s nutrients are, quite literally, all around us, and I just love seeing what I can dig up to help things grow. In fact, where other people see a pile of yuck, a curious cultivator sees unrealized assets, if you catch my drift. Enough talk about me though sweetie, have you considered how you’ll keep that cute little plot well nourished while you get started? I’m always happy to help you think out of the outhouse for sources of fertilizer if you need it. If you don’t have ample fertilizer, the ground won’t even think about sprouting the things you plant. It’s the first thing you’ve got to get right on any good farm. Here why don’t you take this bucket to get you started. I can always get more, sweetie, I insist! Is that your new Farmhouse over yonder? I think I saw someone standing out front looking rather put out. The sun is setting anyway so I’ll be heading home as well. See you soon!
Don't forget, there's still a chance to win a Big Barn Tier of Harvest! For every 100 reposts/shares we get across our Harvest videos on TikTok, we'll give away 1 copy of the Big Barn Tier 🥳
Repost/Share this video (we're almost 50% there...we need 100 of these)

Thanks for all the comments and notes about the rulebook. Our team is working on an updated version of the rules to upload to the page before the end of the week, and we'll let you know when it's live here. It'll be an in-progress version...there's still even more edits to come to it. We'll be working on the rulebook until the minute we hit print, refining for visual and written clarity.

Howdy Neighbors!
We made it! It's the last week of this here Harvest campaign, and we're also on the last legs of our tour around the town of Furroughfield. Our next stop on the tour is to visit our friend Floyd. Plus, don't forget Mayor Gairy wants to give away some Big Barn Pledge Tiers. Let's see how that giveaway is going!
Mayor Gairy announced a new Big Barn Tier giveaway on Friday! This one's over on the TikTok. For every 100 reposts/shares we get across our Harvest videos on TikTok, we'll give away 1 copy of the Big Barn Tier 🥳

Well chip my tooth and call me a squirrel, you must be the new neighbor?! I’m just chuffed to sawdust that you came to see me in my humble workshop here. People around here know me as Floyd, the town’s Master Builder. You know, I’ve been cuttin’ down trees along the river here for years, long before Furroughfield was established. So when other folks like you started moving in, I was more than happy to share my talents with everyone…for the right price, of course. Even a benevolent beaver’s gotta make ends meet. You really should consider dedicating some of your land to permanent structures. It may seem counterintuitive, but a good farm shouldn’t be all crop and no shop. I did take it upon myself to clear a few parcels out by your house just to get you started. Then I got a little carried away with all that spare wood and built you an Outhouse… think of it as house warming gift! I’d appreciate it if you gave it a look and let me know how I did. Now, if you need any additions or want some more trees out of your way, I’ll be right down the road.
Looks like Floyd's trying to tell us something here...guess we're headed to the Outhouse next.

Howdy Neighbors!
Our Furroughfield tour is taking us to the Fields today. Wonder who we're going to meet over there? Also, Mayor Gairy is announcing a new giveaway! Plus, we share what to expect in the Achievement Sheet, one of the many things you're receiving in your Kickstarter Exclusive Promo Pack.

For every 100 reposts/shares we get on the video, we'll give away 1 copy of the Big Barn Tier 🥳
You may have noticed that there's an Achievement Booklet coming in your Promo packs. Mayor Gairy is especially excited about this promo as he loves to recount his accomplishments around town. When you're playing both the multi-player and solo games of Harvest, there are lots of different gameplay styles and strategies to explore. This booklet will help you store all those fun moments. For example, you might try a game where you build no buildings. You might try one where you only build buildings and plant no crops (we know...a game of Harvest with no harvesting!?). You may work on a strategy of planting limited types of crops, or you may be attempting a special challenge in solo-mode. You'll be able to memorialize all those triumphs in the Achievements booklet!
Howdy neighbor! The name’s Leland, hoppy to know ya. Oh, don’t mind me out here in your fields, I’m not interested in swiping a slice of your swamp. Floyd just asked me to do some water wranglin’ over from the river to make sure you had easy access for any irrigation needs. What? You never heard of water wranglin’? Well, it’s a special skill my ancestoads have been passin’ down for generations. You just gotta know how to ask the water where you want it to go, ya know? Then you just go with the flow! Mutual respect will get you a long way around here. You ought to learn how to take good care of your water too if you want to turn this hunk of land into a thriving farm. Once you’ve got your seeds planted, you’ll need plenty of water to help those seedlings sprout and spread all over. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to get this water-a-rollin’ before things get too late. Oh, and before I forget, Mayor Gairy asked me to remind you that Floyd built you a new Outhouse around here somewhere, so you don’t have to trek into town to do all your business. I ran water to it so you can keep things spick and span. Speaking of Floyd, you ought to stop by the Workshop and say hi. I’m sure you’ll be needing their services before too long.

We'll be back next week to see this campaign to the finish line! There are a couple more spots in town to visit and we'll be keeping an eye on that new Giveaway. In the meantime, happy weekend!

Our Tour Continues - The Fair Grounds

Howdy Neighbors!
For all of our new backers, we're getting to know the town of Furroughfield better. We just had a chat with Jaime at the Trading Post. Now we're off to the Fair!
Well peck me, I wasn’t expecting to see you around here so soon! If you could just hold my ladder there one second, I gotta get this last nail in. Ah, thanks, neighbor. I hope you don’t mind the fair borrowing this bit of your land for the next day or so. They’ll be movin’ on before you know it. Oh where are my manners, I’m Rose, the handybird about town! You might have met Floyd already, he’s the one to call if you need to raise barn or build a new silo. For everything else, you can come knock-knock-knocking at my tree. It’s always nice to make improvements to your land and farmhouse. You get to open whatever doors you like when you’re the one building them in the first place. I was thinking, if you don’t mind the fair being here, you might should dedicate this parcel to a permanent fair ground for the town. Then we could have all kinds of great celebrations and a wonderful event space. I’d be happy to help you get it fixed up. Just keep it in mind, will ya? Anyway, we’re right here on the edge of your Fields why don’t you take a look around and see what you’re working with. Also, your Farmhouse is just across the way. You could head over there and get started taking inventory on some improvements.
Add your vote in the comments: Do you want to head to the Fields or the Farmhouse next?
We'll be back tomorrow to continue our tour and Mayor Gairy's announcing another giveaway!
